Introducing NOVA by WriteBest: whiteboards designed for the modern workspace
We came with something new. NOVA by WriteBest is our newest brand addition, built on a simple idea: the tools of collaboration shouldn’t be an afterthought. For decades, the whiteboard sat in the corner of the meeting room as pure equipment. NOVA started from a different question — what if design came first?
That question shows up as mobility and colour throughout the collection. Kargo is a mobile desk with its own privacy panel and a hanging whiteboard, built to roll into whatever corner a conversation needs. Rolling Hub’s modular steel frame reconfigures into a workstation, a media hub, or a room divider, and reshapes again the next day. Aura brings whiteboards into smooth glass finished in soft pastel tones, while Caro draws its palette from the natural world. None of it is designed to sit fixed against a wall — it’s designed to move with how open, flexible offices actually work.
Transcending the whiteboard. Elevating the way work comes together.
Visitors met the range in person at the booth, including Border and Nook, alongside the Ceramic Steel whiteboards we’ve built our name on. This is how we see the modern whiteboard: less an obligation in the corner of a room, more a considered piece of the space itself. Explore the full collection at novabywritebest.com.
Taking the stage at World of Works: sharing 35 years of industry experience
WriteBest has more than 35 years of experience in whiteboards and notice boards in Malaysia, and NOVA is built on that foundation — same factory, same craft, same understanding of the material, aimed at a new question. At the World of Works townhall, we shared that perspective as manufacturers: what three and a half decades in the industry teaches you about where the humble whiteboard is actually headed, from static wall equipment to something people want to place, move, and live with.
Real conversations, real feedback
Nothing beat meeting people in person. The best part of the week wasn’t the stand or the signage — it was the conversations: the questions, the ideas swapped, and the number of visitors who wanted to talk through a real problem in a real space. Thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth and the World of Works showcase, explored the products, and shared genuinely useful feedback. And to our team, whose hours behind the scenes made the whole thing possible — this milestone belongs to you.
This is only the beginning. We’re keeping the momentum going: there’s more to come.
